Guy
A lot of women detest the use of this phrase. Men who use this phrase to flatter women in male-dominated fields like sports say it implies that you only listen to them because you are attractive. This is especially offensive to women who have worked hard for their success in these fields. But it is still common to hear men use this phrase to women.
